What is Automotive Sales Coach?

We are a subscription based leadership and sales consulting and training company. We help automotive dealerships create manager-led cultures of ongoing training and improvement. Our online training platform (the Dealership Playbook) provides the A-Z thinking, tools, and training today’s sales managers and consultants need to maximize their results, create customers for life, and build their careers.

In addition to our online platform we hold regular live ZOOM skill building workshops for our subscribers. David also offers in-dealership FAST-start onboarding and Process Development as well as ZOOM coaching and consulting on a limited schedule.

How long is your subscription contract?

No contract. David feels strongly that since dealers, managers and sales consultants must earn their check every month so should we. We want you to become a long-term partner not because you are locked into a contract but because we are a benefit to you and your team. We always work hard to offer you the best value and most effective dealership training available to earn your business month after month, year after year.  You simply pay your first and last month subscription up front and agree to provide a 30 day cancellation notice if you no longer value the service. No contract. No set up fees.

What are your set up fees?

We don’t have any start up or set up fees.

How much are your monthly subscriptions?

David created the Dealership Playbook with the mindset that he would price it competitively low right up front to take the price objection to training off the table so that any dealership regardless of size that wants to provide their team with the best of the best training can do so. Our pricing is based on total sales team count and runs between $995 – $2995 monthly. We will customize a plan for you for multi rooftops or dealer groups.

David’s ultimate goal is to use his unique thinking, training, and tools to inspire today’s sales professionals to become Students of Excellence. As students, they take personal responsibility for their attitudes, knowledge, skills, action and ultimately results and unlock their full God-given potential. When students “seek” excellence and commit to being better today then yesterday they live with joy, peace, and satisfaction.

The result is the competence, confidence, consistency, and commitment that create more sales, more gross, less trade water, higher CSI and reduced turnover.

 When David is not teaching, mentoring, or serving you can find him working out, mountain biking and motorcycling with his wife Mari. On the weekends he plays bass in a local cover band. 1988-1994: Award-winning GSM of a mid-sized Ford Dealership at age 23.
1996-1998: Nationwide trainer with the HAC group at age 30.
1998-2005: Owner and operator of an independent used car dealership.
